Shift Management

HR COREHub allows managers to schedule shifts, map team availability, and coordinate rosters dynamically.

Scheduling Shifts​

  1. Navigate to the shift calendar.
  2. Drag and drop time ranges to assign rosters to team members.
  3. Publish changes to send email notifications to employees.

Swapping Shifts​

  • Requests: Employees can propose shift swaps directly to teammates via the portal.
  • Approvals: Shift swaps require manager approval before they are committed to the active roster.
  • Notifications: Automatic push and email notifications are sent upon approval.
