Recruitment Kanban Board

HR COREHub features an interactive Kanban board to track job applications through the hiring lifecycle.

Pipeline Columns

The hiring board is divided into the following stages:

  1. Applied: Newly received resumes.
  2. Screening: HR screening reviews.
  3. Interview: Active interview rounds (Technical, Behavioral, HR).
  4. Offer: Written offer preparation.
  5. Hired / Closed: Completed onboarding or closed applications.

Modifying Stages

  • Drag and Drop: Simply drag candidate cards between columns to update their active status.
  • Stage Lock: Certain transition checks (like conducting background checks) must be completed before cards can enter the "Offer" column.
