Timecard Registry

The Timecard Registry records employee clock-in and clock-out timestamps to calculate hours worked and check compliance.

Registering Hours

Employees can log hours in two main ways:

  1. Portal Clock-In: Tap the clock-in button on the dashboard to register the start of your shift.
  2. Biometric Integration: Tap your access card on physical terminals to automatically sync entry and exit timestamps.

Reviewing Records

  • Weekly Summary: View a visual summary of logged hours on your profile dashboard.
  • Adjustment Requests: If you forget to clock in or out, you must submit a correction request to your manager for approval.
