AI Resume Summaries

To speed up resume screening, HR COREHub integrates artificial intelligence to generate summaries of candidate qualifications.

Generating Summaries​

  1. Navigate to the candidate profile inside the Recruitment section.
  2. Under the Resume tab, click Generate AI Summary.
  3. The system parses PDF/Word files and populates a structured summary bullet card.

Key Insights Captured​

  • Technical Skills Matrix: Highlights primary technologies and programming languages.
  • Experience Timeline: Summary of the candidate's last three employment positions.
  • Match Score: Evaluates resume keywords against the job description criteria.
