Candidate Profile

Every candidate file aggregates:

  • Contact Details: Name, email, phone number, and social links.
  • Application History: Job roles applied for in the past.
  • Interviewer Scorecards: Review scores, feedback logs, and interview ratings.
  • Communications: Threaded email logs and calendar invites.

Compliance and Archiving

  • Data Retention: Under global privacy guidelines, candidate profiles can be archived or permanently purged upon candidate request.
  • Archiving: Profiles of rejected candidates are archived automatically to keep lists clean.
