Every candidate file aggregates:
- Contact Details: Name, email, phone number, and social links.
- Application History: Job roles applied for in the past.
- Interviewer Scorecards: Review scores, feedback logs, and interview ratings.
- Communications: Threaded email logs and calendar invites.
Compliance and Archiving
- Data Retention: Under global privacy guidelines, candidate profiles can be archived or permanently purged upon candidate request.
- Archiving: Profiles of rejected candidates are archived automatically to keep lists clean.
